Take I-66 West toward Front Royal and exit at Exit 44, Route 234 Bypass. (You will also see a sign for the Manassas Regional Airport)

Travel about 5 miles and exit Route 28 North. Follow airport signs. At first light on 28, turn right on Godwin Drive (BP Station on corner), go one block and turn right onto Gateway Road (DMV office on corner).

Follow Gateway, it will curve around to left and cross railroad tracks. Take the first right after crossing the railroad tracks, Observation Road. Take your first left, James Payne Court.
